Graceful leadership through change can seem nearly impossible, but it’s an inevitable challenge hyper-growth companies face. Rapid and constant change is challenging for leaders, and often confusing or anxiety-inducing for our teams.
Over the course of two days, we will look at the change management through the lens of design. We’ll explore how to create desirable cultural shifts, transition teams through significant organizational shifts, and build resilience for yourself and your team.
What you’ll learn
Over the course of two days, you’ll learn how to:
Address change management as a design problem
Design culture experiments to create behavioral shifts within your organization
Create transition plans for significant organizational shits (reorgs, shifts in strategy, etc.)
Communicate effectively during times of change
Navigate tough conversations about ambiguity
Lead authentically in times of change
Identify practices to develop personal and team resilience
