Relationships are everything. Fostering healthy relationships—building them, deepening them, and maintaining them—is critical to effective leadership. Building Relationships supports participants in developing critical skills to catalyze individual/team performance, navigate challenging conversations, and consciously design alliances with their reports, peers, and managers.

Who should attend
This workshop is designed for leaders seeking to build healthier relationships with their reports, manager, and peers. Also good for non-managerial leaders.
Suitable for leaders in brand design, product design, research and content strategy in startups or tech. All industries and backgrounds welcome.
Schedule + logistics
The workshop will begin at 9am and wrap by 6pm each day.
A final schedule will be emailed to participants prior to the workshop.
Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided throughout the day.
