It’s difficult to grow your leadership skills if you don’t have a clear picture of where you are and where you want to go.

 

The Design Leadership Skill Wheel allows you to take a snapshot of your current skills, energy, and growth in four specific areas of value that design leaders bring to an organization: self, vision, team, and delivery. By focusing on these four areas, you will be able to map out a practical, actionable plan for growth.

The Design Leadership Skill Wheel covers all creative disciplines, including (but not limited to) brand design, product design, research, and writing. Previously only offered as part of a workshop, the Skill Wheel is now available as a self-guided experience in a (gorgeous) printed workbook.

We created this workbook for anyone in a management or management-adjacent role who wants to assess their creative leadership skills. It is designed to support people at all stages of their leadership journey—an individual contributor seeking more impact, a manager recently promoted, a senior individual contributor considering a jump to management, or even a senior director building their own leadership team.
