Building resilience
Resilience is the ability to recover from setbacks—a skill that’s necessary for keeping individuals and teams effective during times of change. While you may have formed a baseline resilience at a young age, you can build it further in yourself and in your team members through shared purpose, a growth mindset, regular connection, and supportive practices.
Leading authentically
There are two questions at the heart of leading authentically: 1. What gives you energy? 2. What drains you? Many leaders assume that feeling drained is just part of the package, but it doesn’t have to be. If you identify your values and align with your internal compass, you can design a better version of leadership—one that allows you to lead as your most inspired, creative, and resilient self.
Hello Inner Critic
Once you learn to recognize its presence, your inner critic can be a valuable source of input. First, you must inform yourself about how the inner critic operates—and why. This session helps you cultivate a relationship with your inner critic that honors its positive intention (i.e., to protect you from rejection) while loosening its limiting hold on your behavior. Identify your inner critic’s concerns, beliefs, and purpose so you can rewrite the narratives that no longer serve you and identify courageous next steps in your creative journey.
