Scaling an organization begins with scaling it’s leadership—you. As you scale your organization, you must also learn to scale yourself and your team. However, it’s easy to fall into old habits of doing, which hold you and your team back. Over the course of two days, learn to overcome the chaos of hyperscaling by developing new skills and frameworks to scale yourself, your team, and the design practice.
Requirement: Participants must have previously taken Design Leadership Fundamentals or have 3+ years of management experience.
